The End of "One Size Fits All"
We don't just cut holes in foam; we engineer negative space. Using advanced CAD software and high-speed CNC routing tables at our UK workshop, we scan and map your equipment to create a millimetre-perfect cradle.
This isn't just about looking pro (although it definitely does). It’s about physics. By ensuring maximum contact area between the foam and your equipment, we distribute shock evenly. If your case takes a hit on the tarmac, the foam absorbs the energy, not your lens glass or circuit board.
Material Matters: Not Just "Sponge"
Different loads require different densities. We don't use soft, open-cell sponge that absorbs moisture and degrades over time. We utilise high-grade, closed-cell polyethylene foams (such as LD45 and Plastazote).
