For high-value servers and delicate storage arrays, our Shock-Mount Rack series utilises an internal floating frame suspended by heavy-duty elastomeric isolators.

2. Thermal & Cable Management

Heat is the primary enemy of high-density rack equipment. Our enclosures are designed with "Airflow Architecture," including:

  • Removable Slam-Shut Doors: Rapid access to the front and rear of your kit.

  • Vented Side Panels: Optional CNC-routed cooling vents to ensure cross-flow ventilation for high-power amplifiers and servers.

  • Internal Looming Space: Oversized internal depth and central pass-throughs to allow for tidy, professional cable management that doesn't obstruct airflow.

Designed for "Truck-Pack" efficiency, our rack cases follow standard logistics footprints to ensure every centimetre of vehicle space is utilised.

  • Industrial Blue-Wheel Casters: 100mm casters (two with total-lock brakes) mounted on 18mm birch plywood trolley boards for effortless movement over uneven terrain.

  • Stacking Security: Recessed stacking cups for safe vertical tiering of multiple flypacks during transit.
