We use the heavy-duty corners, extrusions can be aluminium or plastic, and we use heavy-duty rivets as our heavy duty bifurcated steel rivets—but swap the heavy plywood panels for a High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) shell.

The result? A case that is 60% lighter, significantly cheaper, and tough enough for most transportation protection.
