The WAG Heavy range is the toughest tier of the WAG plastic case family — engineered by German manufacturer W.AG and supplied through Nomad for service technicians, engineers, medical staff, and anyone who needs genuine heavy-duty protection without the weight or cost of a fully waterproof equipment case.

The defining feature is the double-walled construction. Created through a combination of injection moulding, blow moulding, and deep-drawing techniques, the double wall gives the Heavy range its strength — meaningfully tougher than single-wall plastic cases, with the rigidity to protect heavier tools and equipment through daily working life on site, on the road, and in the field.

Where the Heavy range fits

Within the WAG family, the Heavy is the mid-to-heavy-duty workhorse. Where the Tekno leans into presentation and the Jazz is the versatile all-rounder, the Heavy is built for applications that genuinely punish a case — power tools, test equipment, field-service kit, and heavier instrument loads.

The Heavy range protects more than lightweight plastic cases can — but for applications where you need full waterproof, crushproof, IP-rated protection, our Peli, Explorer, and Storm ranges are the dedicated choice. The Heavy is the right answer when those tougher cases would be over-specified for the job — the practical middle ground between lightweight and bombproof.

Every Heavy case can be specified with custom-machined foam inserts, cut to cradle your specific tools, instruments, or equipment. Uniquely in the WAG family, the double-wall construction also allows pockets and profiles to be moulded directly into the case's interior surfaces — an integrated organisation option that single-wall cases can't offer.

The large exterior takes screen printing or in-mould labelling cleanly, so the case carries your branding through every site visit, service call, and delivery.
