Nomad wouldn't be the same without it's amazing team working tirelessly to ensure the absolute best quality for our clients. Here you can meet them and find out a little bit more about what they do.

Management Team

    Ed Franklin

    Ed, current director of Flight case company Absolute Casing, bought Nomad in 2024.

    He has always had a passion for the industry, and never plans on retiring!

    During the warmer months, Ed enjoys spending time away on his boat with his wife and their six furry friends.

Design Team

    Andy Batchelor

    Andy joined Nomad in 2013 having previously worked for CF Cases. He has been involved in the industry for many years, and is an experienced member of the team.

    He works in sales and is mainly responsible for custom quotes and design of flight and poly cases, padded bags and foam machining.

    In his spare time he enjoys fishing, watching sport and family life.

    Lisa Mclean

    Lisa McLean has worked for Nomad since 1984.

    She started her long career in the Production Office & is now Technical Manager which involves designing all the new Flightcases, Poly & Fibreboard Cases & buying the required stock to ensure smooth running through production.

    When she celebrated her 25 years with Nomad she was delighted to receive from Steve a Sculpture by her favourite (sadly late) artist Govinder Nazran as a thank you for her services.

    She has been happily married to Alistair since 2001, loves holidaying in Las Vegas & lives near to Nomad so she can walk to work to keep fit!

    Paula Jarvis

    Paula has worked for Nomad since August 2005. She is an office administrator and part of the Nomad sales team.

    Paula has day to day contact with our customers old and new, she takes the orders, puts repeat cases through to production and once the cases are made she arranges the speedy transportation to the customer.
