Servers are the most valuable — and least forgiving — payload you can move. Our suspended shock-mounted data & server rack cases are built to ship them safely: a powder-coated steel rack frame floated inside the outer shell on high-performance anti-vibration mounts, so road shock, transit vibration and handling knocks are absorbed long before they reach a spinning disk or a loaded backplane. With a full 1032mm rack depth, these cases swallow rack-mount servers, switches, UPS and PDUs that shallower rack cases simply can't take.

Every server rack flight case in this collection is hand-built in our Market Harborough workshop from European birch plywood with a hardwearing hexaboard finish, and engineered around the suspended steel sub-frame that defines our top-tier protection. Mount your kit to standard 19" rack units, front and rear, and the whole frame rides isolated from the case body — by air, sea or road.

Built for full-depth server hardware

The defining feature here is depth. At 1032mm internal racking depth, these cases are made for genuine server hardware — Dell, HPE, Cisco and equivalent chassis — not just shallow AV processors. Sizes run from a compact 3U all the way to a full-height 36U floor-standing rack, so you can match the case to anything from an edge node to a complete mobile rack.

True suspension for mission-critical kit

Rather than relying on foam, every rack in this collection decouples the entire frame from the outer case on anti-vibration mounts. The frame floats; shock dissipates through the mounts instead of through your hardware. When you're relocating a data centre, deploying edge infrastructure, or moving broadcast and OB servers between sites, that isolation is the difference between plug-in-and-go and an expensive failure.
