Once a screen goes above 75 inches, it becomes dangerous to lift. Our Large Format Case is designed to manage the weight and bulk of these massive units.
Split-Lid / End-Load: For the largest 98" screens, we often use a "Split Lid" design. This allows the case to be opened without needing 2 metres of vertical clearance, and makes it easier for crew to lift the screen out at chest height.
Screen Shield: A rigid foam-lined panel protects the front of the screen from impact, ensuring that a knock to the outside of the case doesn't transmit through to the glass.
Heavy Duty Wheels: We upgrade to 125mm Castors on these cases to handle the combined weight of the case and screen (often exceeding 150kg).
