A 4K laser projector, a precision long-throw lens or a pallet of LED tiles represents a serious investment, with optics, light engines and processing that a generic road box will never properly protect. The Nomad Projector & Projection Cases Collection is custom-engineered around each of these systems so they arrive aligned, calibrated and ready to throw.

Every case is CNC-machined at our Market Harborough factory to cradle the exact body, frame or panel it carries. From integrated vaults for high-lumen projectors to multi-way trunks for LED tiles, we build the engineered negative space that keeps your optics and electronics immovable through the relentless logistics of touring, broadcast and live events.

Built for projection and LED systems

• Projector trunks — heavy-duty cases for Barco UDX / HDX, Epson EB-L20000U and Panasonic 3-Chip DLP (RZ21K / RQ35K), including framed and stack-frame builds.
• Lens flight cases — multi-slot trunks that isolate long-throw and zoom lenses from shock and dust.
• LED wall cases — custom-fit trunks for ROE Visual Black Onyx / Diamond 2.6 and universal 6-way and 8-way trunks for 500×500mm and 500×1000mm panels.
• Rigging trunks — long cases for LED fly-bars and ground-stack hardware.

• Multi-way Truck Pack trunks for efficient, repeatable tile and panel loading
• 9.5mm birch ply or hexaboard panel construction with internal bracing
• Penn Elcom hardware throughout—recessed handles, butterfly latches, corner protection
• 100mm castors for safe single-person manoeuvring under heavy projector loads
• Ventilation and dust protection for optics and light engines where required
