Frequently Asked Questions

Can you build a case to ship a fully populated server rack?
Yes — our suspended shock-mounted server cases are designed exactly for this. The inner frame is isolated from the outer shell, so drives and components stay protected without de-racking. Tell us the U-count, depth and weight and we'll spec it.

Are your cases safe for hard drives and sensitive electronics?
Shock-mounting is the key. For vibration-sensitive kit like populated drives, we suspend the rack frame on elastomeric mounts to absorb impact and road vibration. For less sensitive hardware, custom-cut foam in a standard case is often enough — we'll advise which your equipment needs.

Do you build one-offs or fleet sets?
Both. We regularly build matched sets — identical construction, finish and branding — so an entire IT estate loads and travels as one coordinated system.

What's the lead time?
Typically 2–4 weeks from final spec. Working to a hard deployment date? Tell us up front and we'll be straight about what's achievable.
