Engineered for the DM Series Workflow

1. DM7 & DM7 Compact Touring Trunks

For the flagship DM7 range, we provide heavy-duty "Nose-Cone" or "Three-Piece" flight cases.

  • The Benefit: These designs allow for full access to the rear I/O panel and side venting while the console remains in the base. Featuring a dedicated "Doghouse" for cable management, our cases ensure a clean, professional footprint at the mix position.

2. DM3 Ultra-Lightweight Flypacks

The DM3 is designed for ultimate portability, and our cases reflect this. By utilising Lite Guard™ or high-density Birch ply, we create a footprint that is "Hand-Carry" friendly for air travel.

  • The Benefit: Custom CNC-routed foam blocks support the chassis from the base up, preventing pressure on the faders and encoders during overhead locker or hold transit.

3. Shock-Absorptive Internals

All Nomad Yamaha cases utilise a "Multi-Stage" foam strategy. We combine rigid base layers for structural support with softer, anti-static lid foams to protect the sensitive glass touchscreens that define the DM interface.

Technical Features for Sound Engineers:

  • The Doghouse: Integrated wooden or plastic housing for hidden cable looms, power bricks, and primary connectors.

  • Thermal Venting: Offset internal clearances to allow the console’s natural convection cooling to operate while seated in the case.

  • Touring Grade Hardware: Recessed butterfly latches, spring-back handles, and optional 100mm industrial casters for the larger DM7 frames.
