Large Explorer Cases

Big kit deserves the same protection as small kit — it just needs more room and a way to move it. Our large Explorer cases are the heavyweights of the range: IP67-rated waterproof shells in long and deep formats, built for rifles, lighting, long lenses, comms equipment and full production kits, with wheels and trolley handles on many models so one person can move what two used to carry.

Like every Explorer case, they're injection-moulded from high-impact polypropylene copolymer with a watertight seal, automatic pressure-relief valve, corrosion-proof hinges and stainless-reinforced corners and latches. Stackable ribbed shells keep truck packs tidy; padlockable locking loops keep contents secure.

Long cases for rifles and long equipment

The Explorer 11413, 13513, 13527 and 15416 are purpose-shaped for long loads — rifles, shotguns, tripods, stands and antenna masts. The flagship Explorer 10826 gun case carries multiple rifles and magazines in dedicated foam. Most long models come in black, olive green and desert tan, with egg-crate lids and pre-cubed foam bases ready to customise.

Deep cases for serious equipment

For bulk and depth, the 5326, 5822, 5823, 5833, 7630, 7641, 7726, 7745 and 9413 offer cavernous interiors for cameras, drones, test rigs, tools and event kit. Wheeled models — including the trolley-handled 5833 and 7745 — roll fully loaded across paddock, tarmac and warehouse floors. High-visibility orange shells are available across much of the range alongside black and olive.

Custom foam, cut in-house

A large case with loose kit inside is only half a solution. We CNC-cut foam interiors to your exact equipment at our Market Harborough workshop — every rifle, lens or instrument in its own cavity. As case makers since 1961, we'll spec the foam and the case together. See custom foam inserts.
