Hand-made in our Market Harborough workshop since 1961, every Nomad motorsport case is engineered around its exact contents. 9mm hexa-laminate panels, aircraft-grade aluminium extrusions, Penn Elcom hardware, and CNC-routed foam inserts tailored to the part. Yes. We build to your exact dimensions, so cases can be sized to slot into your existing transport racks, truck spaces, or pit-lane setups. Send us the measurements — or the equipment itself — and we'll engineer the case and foam around your current logistics rather than forcing you to work around ours.

What's the typical lead time for a custom motorsport case?

Typical lead time is 2–4 weeks from sign-off on the final spec, depending on complexity and finish. For matched sets or full team inventories we'll confirm a timeline up front. If you're working to a race calendar, tell us your deadline — we'll always be straight about what's achievable rather than promise what we can't hit.

Do you supply Formula 1 / GT / Touring Car teams?

We build for teams competing across Formula 1, GT, and Touring Car series — including some of the most recognisable names in the paddock. Much of our motorsport work is covered by confidentiality, so we don't always name clients publicly, but the standard is the same whoever it's for: cases engineered to perform at the highest level of the sport.

Can you ship internationally for race weekends?

es. We ship worldwide and understand that motorsport runs to a fixed calendar — if you're up against a race weekend, tell us and we'll do everything we can to fast-track the build and get it to you in time. We'd always rather be straight about what's achievable than leave you exposed trackside.

Yes. We regularly build matched sets for full team inventories — consistent finish, branding, and construction across every case, from gearbox and tooling trunks to telemetry racks and spares cases.
