Hand-built in our Market Harborough workshop, every case combines two engineering systems in one: a suspended internal rack frame isolated from the outer case by shock-absorbing mounts, and front and rear slam doors for the kind of rapid load-in access touring and install crews actually need.

The shock isolation handles the punishment of repeated freight, drops, and rough handling. The slam doors handle the reality of working under load-in deadlines. The combination is what professional touring and installation demands.

Why shock mounting matters

Rack-mounted equipment is engineered to tight tolerances. Servers, audio processors, broadcast PPU racks, network switches, control systems, signal processing — none of it survives sustained vibration well. Hard drives skip. Capacitors fatigue. Connections work loose. Calibrated equipment drifts out of spec.

How the suspension system works

The internal 19" rack frame is mounted to the outer case via a network of shock-absorbing mounts engineered to isolate the rack from vibration and impact across multiple axes. When the case is dropped, kicked by a forklift, or slammed onto a truck floor — the outer case takes the hit. The rack frame, and everything mounted in it, stays still.

The mount system is tuned to the weight and sensitivity of the equipment going inside. Light electronics need different isolation characteristics than heavy power amplifiers. Each case is built around what's actually being protected.

Slam-door access for the way crews actually work

The slam-door design means equipment is accessible the moment the case is on stand. Front doors swing clear to access the rack faces. Rear doors give crews fast access to patching, power distribution, and signal connections. No removable lids to store, lose, or trip over during a load-in.

Recessed butterfly latches keep the doors flush during transit — the case stacks cleanly into trucks and storage with no protruding hardware to catch, snag, or damage adjacent equipment.
