Console & Control Surface Flight Cases

Engineered for the desk that runs the show

The console is the most expensive single asset in your audio inventory — and the one nobody can replace mid-tour. A loose desk is a broken desk. A damaged Yamaha DM7 is a cancelled rehearsal. A cracked DiGiCo Quantum is a six-figure phone call to your insurer.

Our console and control surface flight cases are hand-built around the specific desk going inside, with the engineering depth that touring sound demands and the build quality that makes them last decades, not seasons.

What the collection covers

This collection brings together the full range of control surface protection — from compact briefcase-style cases for stage boxes and DI rigs, through standard rack cases and shock-mounted racks for outboard processing, to heavy-duty three-piece touring cases for full-format consoles.

Whether you're protecting an Allen & Heath SQ-5 in transit, a Midas M32 in production, a Yamaha DM7 on tour, or a DiGiCo Quantum 852 across continents, the construction principles are the same: precision-engineered around the desk, built in Britain, designed for the working life of the equipment inside.

Built for the way crews actually work

Custom-fit foam tooling holds the desk in working geometry — pressure off the faders, screens and motorised elements, no movement in transit, no shock transferred through the chassis on impact.

Integrated dogbox compartments at the rear of touring cases keep looms, power supplies, network switches and patch panels secured and accessible — for clean FOH setups and faster load-ins.

Suspended shock-mount systems isolate sensitive control electronics from vibration, drops, and the cumulative stress of repeated freight handling.

Heavy-duty hardware — recessed butterfly latches, aircraft-grade aluminium extrusions, reinforced steel corner blocks, and 9mm hexa-laminate panel construction — engineered to take the punishment of professional touring without losing alignment or finish.

Trusted by the engineers who specify the desks

Our console cases are specified by touring sound engineers, broadcast operators, rental company technicians, and production managers across live music, corporate events, festivals, and broadcast. The customer brief is always the same: protect the desk, keep it accessible, make it last.

If your desk isn't listed in the collection — or if you need a custom configuration around a specific control surface, sidecar rig or rack arrangement — talk to our team. Most of what leaves our Market Harborough workshop is bespoke.
