The "Twin Case" is the standard currency of the lighting world. Our design balances protection with truck-pack efficiency.
We use a Siamese Insert design: a central solid divider separates the two fixtures, while the custom CNC foam creates a specific mould for the base and yoke.
Hanging Loader: (Optional) Ask for a "step-up" design that allows you to attach clamps while the fixture is still sitting in the case base.
Lens Protection: We leave a void in front of the front lens to ensure no foam touches the glass, preventing heat damage if packed hot.
Stacking: 100mm wheel castors with deep wheel cups on the lid for safe stacking 2 or 3 high in the warehouse.
