The optical head of a surgical microscope is often the single most expensive component in an operating theatre. Scratches, dust, or impact damage to the lenses can be catastrophic. Our High-Protection Shield is a bespoke, soft-shell "armour" designed specifically for the "Last 100 Yards" of transit and theatre deployment.
Each shield is custom-engineered to fit specific models from Zeiss, Leica, or Alcon. The interior is lined with a non-outgassing, anti-static velvet that won't leave chemical residues on sensitive coatings, while the exterior provides a rigid, impact-resistant barrier.
