Every Nomad 3-Way Curve 12 case is CNC-profiled to the exact dimensions of the fixture — including the motorised tilt yoke, the LED panel face, and the connection panel at the rear. Dual-density Plastazote foam tooling cradles all three fixtures from below and above, isolating each motor assembly from high-frequency vibration during freight transit and absorbing the impact loads that come with festival load-ins.

The fixtures sit face-up in the foam tray, allowing crews to visually inspect each unit before pulling it for the show. Each motorised yoke is supported separately from the panel body, ensuring the motor doesn't carry the fixture's weight during transit — a small detail that meaningfully extends motor service life across an entire rental fleet over multiple touring seasons.

Secure accessory storage

The Curve 12 doesn't travel alone. Each fixture ships with safety cables, hook clamps, power and DMX/CAT5 cables, and rigging hardware that has to make it to site as reliably as the fixture itself. The case is built on a reinforced 18mm wheelboard with heavy-duty 100mm braked castors, recessed butterfly latches on every closure, and 9mm hexa-laminate panel construction throughout. Aircraft-grade aluminium extrusions protect every edge. Reinforced steel corner blocks at every junction.
