When you’re managing hundreds of small components, tools, or delicate spares on the road, the weight of traditional plywood cases adds up fast. Our Poly Tray Flight Cases are engineered using our proprietary LiteGuard™ high-impact polymer, giving you the professional protection of a flight case at 60% of the weight.

The LiteGuard™ Advantage Unlike standard "plastic tubs," the LiteGuard™ series is built using authentic flight case architecture. We use heavy-duty aluminium extrusions, zinc-plated steel ball corners, and genuine Penn Elcom recessed hardware. By swapping heavy plywood for High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), we’ve created a "kit coffin" that is easy to lift but tough enough to survive the most demanding tour schedules.

Integrated Tray Systems: Our poly tray cases are designed for maximum efficiency during load-ins. Each case features a multi-tiered internal tray system, allowing you to categorise gear and access exactly what you need without digging through a single deep trunk.
